Returns Policy

Need to return something? Please follow the steps below within 10 days of receiving your delivery:

1)    Email us at jody@littledoveboutique.com.

 2)   Let us know what it is you would like to return, and what you feel is wrong with it.

2)    If you would like to exchange an item we can arrange for your exchange item to be put on hold for you while we wait for your returned order to arrive.

3)    We will accept 'change of mind' returns for items purchased online by Australian customers subject to the following conditions:

-          Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt with the packing slip and or invoice.

-          You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your items to us.

-          Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unperfumed condition, with all the original tags and labels attached.

-          If you request an exchange and the exchanged item is of a higher value than the return item, you must also pay the difference in price.

-          Your exchange item will be shipped once you have paid for these costs and we have received the return item and have confirmed that it meets the above conditions.

4)    We do not offer refunds unless goods are deemed faulty. We offer exchange or credit note once we have received the return item and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.

-          We will not accept change of mind returns for earrings, swimwear or items that are purchased at a reduced sale price from our website.

Credit Notes

Customers will be issued with a store credit code for their returned item if the garment is the wrong colour, size or just not right. This store credit will allow you to purchase anything from the online store and is entered at checkout. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your items. You have 3 months from date of issue to use your store credit.

Faulty Goods

Every item is inspected thoroughly before being sent out or sold. If an item is sent back and is deemed faulty, we are happy to replace or refund the item to you!
